When I made the decisive switch from Dropbox to only using UbuntuOne, Duane was instrumental in making sure my particular challenges with U1 were resolved. The give and go of the troubleshooting process was so enjoyable I almost enjoyed having a problem with U1 (just kidding of course!). Long story short, Duane really helped me out and is super easy to work with and U1 works great now. Thanks! Congrats Duane!
